Supper Time: March 7-13th, 2010

Note: try to use free-range organic or all-natural chicken and beef, and organic fruits and vegetables when possible...and always try to use organic dairy!!

For Sunday dinner I was planning on having my parents over for pot roast. Since we've been having such beautiful, spring-like weather here, they decided to head to the beach. (Oh, how I wish we could have gone!!) So my mom made up a Shepherd's Pie for us for an extra meal, and I had my sister's family over instead.

Sunday: Pot Roast with vegetables
Shepherd's Pie
Dinner rolls

Monday: Chicken and Wild Rice Cakes (OAMC)
Applesauce
Green Beans

Tuesday: Rigatoni with Broccoli
Homemade Bread

Wednesday: Chicken Pot Pie

Thursday: Enchilada's
Corn
Salad

Friday: Meatless Lenten Friday
Pasta Bar
(homemade mac & cheese, alfredo, and vodka sauce)
Salad Bar

Saturday: Pizza
Salad
