Question for you... with the household cleaners... do you think it would work to mix up the borax and baking soda in larger quantities the same ratio and just mix well and scoop about 2.5 Tbls. into the dispenser each time? I just cant see getting out my measuring spoons and those big old boxes of cleaners every time I run the dishwasher.
ReplyDeleteEmily- that's just what I do. I mix 1C. Borax and 3/4C. baking soda together, and use about 1 1/2T. (as my dispenser allows) in the dishwasher. Great idea and thanks for asking that... I never thought of mentioning how to make in larger quantities. And another tip... a green rinse aid: fill your rinse aid dispenser with white vinegar next time it needs refilling! Easy as that and works just as well! Thanks for reading!
