Supper Time- March 29th-April 4th

*Meals are subj. to change w/o notice due to unforeseen circumstances, change of plans, migraines or meltdowns!!

Sunday: Spaghetti and Meatballs
Italian Bread

Monday: Perdue Parmesan Chicken Cutlets
Penne Vodka
Salad
Italian Bread (other half from Sunday's meal)

Tuesday: Easy, no fuss...Women's club mtg. at church tonight
I'll be baking for the refreshments, so no time to cook...
Pot roast w/ potatoes and carrots (in crockpot)
peas
Crescents
(I will be baking this poundcake for tonights meeting. It is absolutely delicious!!)

Wednesday: April Fool's Day...
We're going to do things backwards today!
Breakfast for Dinner...
Pancakes
fried egg and cheese sandwiches on bagels
bacon
hashbrowns
fruit salad
For dessert I'm going to try to recreate Fishmama's Breakfast Cake

Thursday: Roastbeef sandwiches au jus
on crusty rolls
(leftovers from Tues. meal)
organic french fries
fruit salad

Friday: Meatless...Lenten Friday
Ravioli (or possibly pizza??)
salad
breadsticks

Saturday: Probably out...
Daddy will be away for last 2 days at a Coaches Clinic,
then has to come home tonight with his truck
to help "auntie" bring home new furniture ...
maybe as "payment" she could have us over
for dinner??!! Hint...hint...

Note: try to use free-range organic or all-natural chicken and beef, and organic fruits and vegetables when possible...and always try to use organic dairy!!
