The topic over at the Ultimate Recipe Swap today is salad. And here is a link to my "go to" salad recipe for everytime I host a playdate, luncheon at school, or gathering, or need to bring a dish to a friends picnic. Applebees, Friendly's, Panera...they've got nothing on this salad! It is, hands down, THE BEST Oriental Chicken Salad you'll ever have. It is my most requested recipe. Yes, it's that good!

My friend gave me a similar recipe but using ramen noodles. It is so good. Funny thing though, I'm Asian and I've never had or heard of this recipe back home! Saw your comment on URS!
