Ingredients:
1/2 C. butter
1 1/2 C. graham cracker crumbs
1 can sweetened condensed milk (not evaporated)
1 package semi-sweet chocolate morsels
1 can (or 1/2 C.) flaked coconut
1 C. chopped nuts (you can omit...or use nuts of your choice. When she did use nuts she used walnuts)
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 ° (325° for glass dish).
In 13x9inch baking pan melt butter.
Sprinkle crumbs over butter; pour sweetened condensed milk evenly over crumbs.
Top evenly with remaining ingredients; press down

These look delicious. They look very similar to the cookies my mom used to call "7 Layer bars". They are scrumptious too!

I love a cookie bar similar to this, but my favorite thing here... the handwritten recipe. Handwriting is nearly a lost art. How sad for us!
